Be responsible for the design and development of new platform components/products, and independently complete the design, drawing and output of product drawings
Lead or coordinate the prototype manufacturing process, and be responsible for planning, implementing and tracking the product test and verification plan to ensure the design meets requirements
Be responsible for timely and accurately creating, uploading, updating and maintaining the design data, technical documents and development process records related to new products in the PLM system
Lead or participate in the preparation, revision and submission of PPAP documents, and ensure the product successfully passes the customer audit and enters the mass production phase
Under the leadership of the Platform Development Supervisor, actively participate in new product development projects, work closely with relevant departments (such as Process, Quality, Production, Procurement, etc.), and promote the projects to be completed on schedule
College degree or above, with a major in mechanical-related fields and relevant work experience, plus at least 3 years of product design experience; proficiency in using CAD, CATIA, UG, EXCEL, and PPT; strong adaptability, learning ability, pressure resistance, and good team spirit

Technical secondary school education or above, with practical quality inspection experience in manufacturing factories (experience in hardware stamping inspection is preferred); proficiency in using common testing tools, such as calipers, thread gauges, angle rulers, torque meters, etc.
Mold Project Schedule Tracking and Prototype Manufacturing
Assist the project team leader in well conducting the development work of the assigned projects
Familiar with the automotive industry and TS16949 system; with experience in automotive component development and project management knowledge; familiar with passive restraint system standards and understanding of customer development systems
Be responsible for the planning of new product stamping process schemes, SE analysis, and the compilation of process documents (Process/SOP/Control Plan/PPAP); lead the process planning of new projects and the handover to mass production
Solve on-site production technical issues (equipment/tooling/materials) and optimize process parameters; provide operational guidance, supervise process discipline, and conduct training
Participate in design SE, put forward DFM suggestions; promote the application of new processes (e.g., high-strength steel sheets) and maintain process standards
Optimize material utilization rate and equipment parameters through data analysis to reduce production costs
Participate in equipment selection, commissioning, and maintenance plan formulation; support the intelligent transformation of workshops
College or bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Material Forming (Forging/Die & Mold Direction), Vehicle Engineering or other related majors; more than 3 years of experience in stamping process or mold design (experience in automotive panel/high-strength steel stamping is preferred); proficiency in using AutoCAD, UG/CATIA (3D Modeling), AutoForm/Dynaform (CAE Analysis), etc., and mastery of stamping equipment principles, mold structures, material properties (e.g., hardware, aluminum plates) as well as TS16949/IATF16949 system; possession of process problem analysis capabilities, project management experience, and cross-departmental communication and coordination capabilities; familiarity with smart manufacturing and lean production concepts is preferred
Be responsible for the assembly of injection molding, die casting, and foam molds, and promote the smooth handover of the molds
Participate in the rectification of mold problem points, be responsible for post-handover mold after-sales service, product sampling, and other related work
High school education or above, with experience in the assembly of injection molding molds, molds for electroplated parts, molds for painted parts, and molds for precision injection-molded components (experience in assembling precision small and medium-sized molds is preferred); experience in die casting molds is preferred
