College degree or above, with at least English written communication skills; more than 5 years of experience in customer quality management in the automotive electronics industry, and a positive attitude towards serving customers; able to accommodate occasional business trips and undertake significant work pressure and responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the establishment, implementation, maintenance (internal audit) and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system, so as to ensure its effective operation

Possess the ability to promote the construction of TS16949 and ISO quality management systems; have more than 6 years of mold quality management experience; possess good communication, organization and coordination abilities; possess the ability to compile various standards
